I have to admit, I am a sucker for sweet things but also like to keep on track with nutrition and keep my diet as healthy as possible. It’s all about the balance!
Which means I’m always on the lookout for “cleaner” and “healthier” treats, that are better than say grabbing something that is full of rubbish and going to leave me feel bad! Often E-numbers, trans fats and foods/ingredients which have been highly processed pop up in all those “naughty” foods we crave that help us to hit that “sweet spot”. This is the reason why I came up with this eBook.
Often when we fall off the wagon from good healthy eating habits to diving into the naughty stuff is because we deny ourselves and get super-restrictive, which often leads to boredom and cravings!
